All items listed on our page have been kindly donated to us in support of our charity. However, if you are collecting the item from our shop, items can be paid for by cash or card upon your arrival. Our shop is open for collections Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 15:00.

When you wish to collect the item, please let us know in advance so that we can make sure your item is ready and there is someone on hand to help you if required. The collection point is in Cowley, Oxford. If you are unable to collect, you are welcome to arrange a courier instead.

You will need to let us know, and specify to your chosen courier our opening days and times and address. This service is drop to door only, we are unable to enter your property to bring items upstairs etc. For flats, items will be delivered to the building entrance.

We are a charity shop and the majority of items that we sell have been kindly donated to us. This means that we cannot guarantee that items are from pet/smoke free homes, and we may lack expertise when it comes to answering some questions on item specifics.

We do try to describe items as accurately as possible and will answer any questions you may have if we can. 100% of our proceeds go towards supporting our charity, Emmaus Oxford, which provides those who have experienced homelessness with accommodation, training and meaningful work. We run a small community which houses around 30 people at a time, whom we call companions.

Most companions volunteer at our social enterprise, which consists of a large physical shop in Oxford, online stores and house clearance operations.
