Panasonic DVCPRO Digital Video Cassette Player recorder. Pulled from a working environment a few years ago. Shows error E-59 "drum rotation too low" but it might be because all my remaining test tapes are recorded in DVCPRO 50 which has the double speed compared to DVCPRO 25 (the date rate of the recorder/player). Drum rotation seems normal for the eye while testing.
