The recorder is in very good cosmetic condition. It has some light scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use.

The display, function buttons, and ports are all in good shape. Please see the photos for more detail. The recorder comes with an AC adapter and a power cord.

No other parts or cables are included in the listing. File Format: AVI, M2T (HDV). Inputs: Firewire (6pin), Component, RCA, 4-Pin Mini DIN, RS-422, RS-232. Outputs: Firewire (6pin), Component, RCA, 4-Pin Mini DIN, RS-422. Full VTR playback including loop.

Drag and drop file transfer to PC/Mac. We tested the recorder by plugging it in, powering it on, and connecting it to a VCR using the composite RCA inputs. We then connected the RCA outputs to a monitor.

While playing a VHS cassette tape, we were able to capture the video and audio output to the recorder's hard drive into a track. From there, we were able to watch the video. The playback controls and loop mode worked fine.

We had no issues entering the menu, selecting and changing settings, or formatting the hard drive for use. We believe the recorder is in fully working condition and will guarantee a return. If you receive the item not as described you will have 14 calendar days to return it.
